  • Auto fulfillment doesn’t work

Not sure what Brother is thinking here. I’ve had my printer for two years and tried to register it for auto-fulfillment several times over that time. It has never worked. I keep thinking they’ll work out the bugs eventually, but every time I try again it still doesn’t work.

If you need to simply order Toner, this app is not for you. I get you guys are just handing us off to your other system to handle recurring toner purchase but that’s a pretty terrible user experience workflow. You already found my printer, I shouldn’t have to go to another site, create an account and be forced to select every toner I could possibly need. Make it all native to the app, add an integration for seamless payments and call it a day.

Does not allow me to register. Order your ink from Amazon. Cheaper prices.
  • One of the most user-hostile app I’ve ever used

Absolutely awful. Slow, timeouts, meaningless error messages. Wasted an hour trying to enroll my printer but finally gave up. Whoever designed this app should be ashamed.
  • Where’s my toner?

I’ve been on auto replenishment for several months, and I’ve needed a replenishment order 3 times so far. Every single time I have run out of ink before I’ve even received my replenishment order from brother. The app advertises that toner will be sent prior to running out of toner based on analytics sent about printer usage...not true. I canceled my auto enrollment this morning. I’d much rather be inconvenienced and have to run out to the store than sit here and wait for my replenishment order and no ink.

  • Great printers, but Brother needs IT support!

Can’t sign up for Brother Refresh program. Can log into account but when submitting Refresh order there’s always an error message. Same from multiple other mobile (app) and computer browsers (non-app). I called Brother customer support and they insist the problem is on my end. Brother’s non-mobile site has an option of using Amazon as the Refresh program fulfillment partner but that requires logging into the Brother site in the process, and again an error message. C’mon Brother, this should be a super-easy fix, and you’re losing lots of $$ on your auto-fulfillment program. Help us help you!
  • Great Idea, Poor Implementation

Downloaded this and used it a while back to setup auto reorders. It worked great. Unfortunately something happened between this app and Amazon and now it is error after error when trying to do anything in the app. Brother doesn’t seem to have any interest in fixing it either considering the last update was over 5 months ago.
  • How to Fix Payment Error

I had the same problem many complained about. I resubmitted my info but only put my first and last name under credit card name. My card had my middle initial and suffix. Perhaps putting that the first time confused it. It worked. Bad bug in the ux if that’s the problem. YOU WANT PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO PAY YOU!!!
  • Worthless app

I am pretty sure I signed up for auto renewal before, but as this app is completely broken I have no idea if I did, what I signed up for or where it might ship to. What a completely useless app and brother should be ashamed they released something so bad. I hope the developer who wrote this is out of a job and never gets hired again. They don’t deserve to have a job if this is the crap they put out.
