    They steal your money. I ordered 2 pizzas and a soda tipped 10$ no notification that there was no pizza available they just deliver me a soda and no refund! WOW never order from door dash!

    a dasher ate my food and the DoorDash people did nothing about it but give me 17 dollars for my 50 dollar order. So for that I am deleting this dumb app they waited so long to help me so that way they could say “oh you took too long to do a refund” when I been contacting them since it happened. They kept lying saying system is down.

    I have been a loyal DoorDash customer for several years and I recently ordered from a local hibachi style restaurant but was greatly disappointed when my food arrived. The shrimp bowl I ordered contained undercooked shrimp that were not deveined prior to serving to customers for human consumption. I was obviously very displeased and I immediately contacted customer support to report the issue I had encountered regarding unsafe and hazardous food. I submitted a complaint and my concerns as well as my report regarding these very serious safety concerns was almost immediately disregarded. They refused to not only refund the order and immediately notify the restaurant where the unsafe seafood was ordered from via DoorDash. I have never been so appalled and dismissed in my entire life. As someone who has worked in the food service industry for over a decade, I was mortified they were so unconcerned and cavalier about these serious concerns I had raised. I even went as far as to include photos of the food upon delivery as well as individual photos of the inedible shrimp that were delivered to me, yet, they still discredited my complaint without any serious, thorough investigation completed on their behalf to either substantiate or unsubstantiate my complaint. I have had these issues in the past with DoorDash in regards to vocalizing my genuine concerns for the quality of food I had received and/or my order not being completed correctly resulting in receiving orders with missing food or incorrect item preparation. I am not one to jump to conclusions and all to eagerly file a formal grievance with a company but this was one of those circumstances that definitely required reporting and at the minimum further review. I will be discontinuing my dash pass and will no longer be a customer of theirs based upon this disturbing experience with the customer service department. I would give them a negative star if it was possible after this deplorable experience. Use anywhere but DoorDash because you may receive unsafe food and they will likely do nothing to rectify the shocking experience by adding insult to injury by outright refusing to follow through on their obligations to ensure safe and edible food is delivered to your door.

    To all those whom have dedicated their time and dedication to us whom cannot will not and are just to lazy to drive at all of theese long tiresome yet hungry hours still left in our day, you risk your lives so we can have chunkier thighs, you spend hours standing in lines so we can lay on our backs tsk tsk aggravatingly because the car emoji has not moved up yet our hunger pains more intense , but you still declare to me hold on big gal there’s no fret! Pizza, Chinese, donuts, frappes and that’s just breakfast and lunch…….hold on big girl here’s a discount coupon code you can still afford to munch!! So here’s to all my door dashing fans to remember turn on those outside lights and wait and tuck away those chef boyardee cans!and get ready for me tonight!!🤤🍔🍟
