    Honestly you’re better off using Uber Eats or instacart. Door dash pays horribly, the gps will almost always send you to the wrong address, the app crashes all the time even at critical moments, the customer service is pathetic, shall i go on? I only started using this because Uber eats wasn’t available in my area but ever since i started i constantly have had problems with the app messing up my delivery ratings. Every time I call the customer service line they take forever to respond and never gave me any solutions to my problems. I asked to speak to the manager and still haven’t received word from whom ever is in charge. So until I can talk to someone with control over the app I’ll be an ambassador of how crappy this app really is! 0 stars.

    For an example sometimes my area says I can dash and I’m thinking well I can dash right now and then I try to and then all of a sudden it says my area isn’t busy when it shows another thing is the bar doesn’t work in help UI slightly outdated I have to reinstall or log out of my account completely because the app isn’t working correctly These are all minor though but it will help a lot if it will get fixed

    I thank DoorDash but it’s been slow because y’all letting too many Doordash drivers in in a small town where I live and I have not been getting no delivery offers and I see other Dashers get orders left and right sometimes I feel like it’s not fair for the ones that are top Dashers for a while

  • Quick easy money but low key a scam

    Easy money if you have nothing else to do but several times that I’ve dashed I’ve received less than what I earned. I would close out the week with a set amount but by pay day my pay would be less for unexplained reasons so I find it to be a scam and a waste of time.

    DoorDash I been dashing for a while now and everytime I go to dash it says schedule like if I’m new or something, meanwhile I been able to dash nonstop while ago now I can’t I’m literally waiting for opening to dash or for it to say dash It’s very annoying please fix this !!! Also I got a 94 percent completion rate so that should help

    Every order they give me $2 no matter if it’s 2miles or 10miles I sit around waiting on orders for over 2 1/2 hours if you don’t want to make any money waste your time, energy and gas put wear & tear on your vehicle have customer service be unsupportive then this is the app for you!

    This is not a reward for making DD money by doing a good job! Once you get top dasher you do not get orders and if you do they are few and far between. Stay in good standing but avoid top dasher status! Obviously since I made top dasher I know what my area is generally like. They will also say you get top support but it takes Forever. Recently had an order already picked up and even though I accepted it and drove to the store I did not get reimbursed. DD error as it was assigned to another driver 🤷‍♀️. Overall poor experience with customer service. Good gig for spare time New scam in which an order is placed for a small item : sauce pkt or apple slices DD is aware of this scam but continues to place these orders and the dashers account gets drained. Why DD?? So irresponsible to the people out here making money for you!!!!!!!
