App is essentially useless to me. Cant create photo posts and Facebook doesn’t seem to know what’s wrong.

Since FB went to Meta, I’m finding it impossible to change my profile pictures.

Can’t even update a simple profile photo. No way around it either.

This is supposed to be an app FOR YOUR BUSINESS, but everything in my personal feed shows up under my business profile when I am signed into my business profile. I am happy to support all those liked things on my PERSONAL profile, I don’t need or want to see them when I am looking at my business profile. I like using my mobile device to manage my business profile but they make that nearly impossible and you absolutely cannot add or manage events from mobile. I don’t understand why this is such a mess. If it was more streamlined I might consider creating ads but it is such a kluge mess I won’t even consider it.

It’s either a great app or a useless app. Sometimes I have full access to my entire business presence on Meta apps. Other times it’s just a blank white screen. I delete the app and reinstall and about 42% of the time that fixes the blank screen problem for approximately 3.25 days. 18% of the time I just force quit the app, reopen it and it will work for 4.66 days on average. Please fix this.

New update won’t let you booke appointments. Spend hours on the phone with customer service that won’t give a solution. Absolute b ull sh it

It's like they didn't even test this app before launching. You could upload a post perfectly and when you go back to check on it, materials are missing, the post is scheduled for the wrong date, it holds on to changes made prior instead of what you're actively doing. And the syncing/capabilities from the phone to desktop are LAUGHABLE. Horrible app for how much money this company has. I can't believe they rolled this out.

Not being able to schedule posts to my fb group has increased my work time by double! 👎🏻👎🏻
