    I’ve put up with their terrible service, late delivery times (the estimate is pointless as it’s always delivered way after), wrong orders, and missing items. Sometimes the order is so soggy or delivered completely crushed (as if the driver sat on it) that it has to be completely tossed out. I put up with it because despite this it was more convenient than leaving the office to go do a pickup and because they were quick to respond to issues such as wrong or missing items at least (no help for soggy or crushed deliveries though). Now they don’t even do that. 2 out of the last 12+ orders I’d placed with them had items missing and their response was “sorry your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we won’t be able to offer a refund”. It has NOTHING to do with an order meeting my expectations. ANY business that charges you for a product that you don’t receive is committing THEFT it’s that simple. If I order something through YOU, pay YOU, and don’t get some or all of my order either you owe me a full or partial credit or refund. It seems that they’ve replaced their customer service with an AI that just copy/pastes the same generic responses and closes any complaints without any attempt to resolve the issue. Honestly I’d leave ZERO stars if I could. SHAME ON YOU!!!

    Today when I went to order food I used my promotion for no fees which had 2 uses left, after using the promotion I was given a message saying that I cannot use promotions and i would have to pay for the full expense. I contacted customer support and they did not resolve the issue instead giving me a copy and pasted message about tos saying that they can cancel promotions if they want to. I read about it online and I got a similar article but this one showing that a man had ordered using the promotion and they didn’t cancel the promotion until after he had bought his food, taking his money at full price and not giving him a refund for it. So I advise you not to order from this app using any promotions unless you want your money to be taken. In the same week I also had a driver who hadn’t delivered my food and i did not get a refund for it.

    I will NEVER use this service again and I will warn everyone that I know that this app is the worst. They STOLE MY MONEY! I made an order while out of town and did not receive an item. I called the driver first because I thought maybe she just forgot it in her car. I did not get an answer. Not long after I received a text to rate my order and I expressed that I did not receive everything in my order. I got a response a day later stating that my order was not qualified for a refund. I believe it is an automated response because I’ve been responding to that message and I keep getting the same message in response. There is no other way to contact customer support. Smh. I PAID for something that I DID NOT receive!! There are other food delivery apps. Don’t waste your money on Postmates.

    Worst app ever . I ordered my food then the app cancelled it and took all my money. This Ai stuff is going way too far.

    You will never get your food at the estimated time unless you pay for priority. Always about an hour later. 2 hr deliveries for food are ridiculous. Cold food always. Why not make paying that 3-4 extra dollars mandatory, if you’ll never commit to the time otherwise?

    Uber does not refund accidental double charges even if you provide proof. Highly not recommended.

    I’ve had to cancel orders 2 times and have never gotten a refund. I ordered the wrong thing and canceled immediately and they never reimbursed me. Also, a few months ago I ordered from 7/11 off of Postmates and the driver was taking too long and they had stopped selling alcohol at that point (which is what I ordered). I never got my delivery or refund. It’s a horrible app. Just stick to UberEats or DoorDash

    Garbage app with zero recourse for incorrect orders their automated system doesn’t include. Use a different app like DoorDash, where they’ll actually do something if you make enough of a fuss about their suggested solutions either not having an automated option, or compensating you a pittance. $4 credit doesn’t not make up for a $30 order. I have removed all payment options from my account and uninstalled.
