The Journal section automatically saves every Spark you complete. It becomes a personal record of your progress and achievements, allowing you to reflect on your habits and see how far you have come. Each entry shows what you did, when you did it, and in which category it belongs, helping you maintain a sense of consistency and motivation. The Stats section provides a clear visual summary of your activity. You can view your streaks, track your weekly and monthly progress, and analyze which categories you focus on most. The data is presented in a simple, motivating format that encourages you to keep moving forward without pressure or complexity. In the Explore tab, you can search for new Sparks and Pulses that fit your current mood, available time, or preferred difficulty level. You can also create your own Sparks with custom names, steps, and categories, turning the app into a fully personalized self-care space. NW App is designed with clarity and calm in mind.
