  • Video adds fail to load

    This game is wonderful, but the video ads loading system stinks so bad that it makes me hate this game. Every time you finish a round it makes you load an add. That is bad enough but it never works you you see this box that says oh darn video failed to load. I close and open it over and over and over again but no matter what it won’t load. Many many times I have to close the app and wait a minute or so , then try it. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn’t. That have a cool feature that if you are close to winning but run out of balls you can choose to watch an add and you can get three additional balls. So what’s the problem? When the balls pop up the game freezes and you click on the ball to get it to shoot but it just freezes. It also doesn’t allow you to shuffle the balls. You are just stuck. You watched the stupid video for nothing because the only way to get it to unfreeze is to exit which means you list. So why watch the video if you can’t use the balls??? I have had this game in my phone for a long time. You would think they would have found a way to fix this glitch by now .i have the newest and most expensive phone on the market. Is this why I have so many problems with loading and freezing glitches??? Because this is such an old and substandard game that my fancy phone freaks it out. This game is really cool, challenging and fun. But these massive loading problems and glitches happen so often because they force you to watch videos after every freaking round that their archaic system can’t keep up?? I don’t know but what I can say is that this game developers has ruined would could be a great and popular game by forcing players to watch so many of the same videos over and over that they crash their video uploading systems every time because they don’t have time to recycle the videos because the player finish the round too quickly. So what is the solution??? You can either update the system so it actually uploads properly or my favorite idea… QUIT FORCING US TO WATCH SO MANY FREAKING VIDEOS AFTER EVERY ROUND!

    I don’t mind watching ads to get gems and boosts, however more times than not the ad won’t even load. If it does load to get three extra gems, the gems cannot be swapped or aimed. This needs to be fixed.

    If you watch an ad for extra bubbles, the game will freeze and will not allow you to resume even though you have bubbles available. Then if you exit out, you lose your turn/energy.

    A 4 year old DOES NOT need to see a commercial of a grown “man” offering to play bingo tycoon. Very cringe Very cow looking for Bubble Mania The characters which a player has to save look like chubb chubbs a tiny short fat blue color entity which cannibalizes all the scary monsters referenced in movies. Cute idea , format , layout and map. Except the bingo tycoon ad which I don’t think is necessary. Put more white people in the game. You’re already loosing your fingers at a mobile order.

    This game is frustrating because if you watch a video for extra bubbles it freezes up after watching. Has been reported more than once but they can’t seem to fix it.

    I’m having problems with this game I purchased and don’t get it I have to start all over help. I have pass 1183 twice and it will not let me go to the next level Why I’m I losing gem I look up and 8 gems are missing I pa I paid for VIP AND RECEIVED THE GEMS AND NOW THEY ASKING FOR ME TO REPAY AGAIN PLEASE HELP. Why is my gem disappearing I had 15 now I have 6 Today I was playing bubble it seems to freeze a lot I noticed I had 12 gems and now I only have 3. And it freeze a lot
