    Like the App, have some suggestions. Would like to be able to forward the service request to people from my contact list on my phone. I would also like to add information without the service request moving to the next stage.

    I love workspeed, however, this app is very limit in terms of what you can do. I would like to see other features added on on future updates.

    Alright it's great to have the ability to accept and complete requests from my iPhone. Big jump in functionality from last version. Some small issues though remain... First and foremost, application operation is sluggish, but I'm sure a company like MRI could figure that out with some small updates. Also ( and I'd never thought I'd say this), take a little page from your blackberry curve app. It let us view a notification log, which is great. As an engineer; very seldom do we work alone, especially on service requests. So being able to see who else on your staff is working and what they're working on goes a long way. Great work and keep on!!!!

    Although the new format looks good, when I get to the page to add a visitor, it freezes. I'm not able to do ANYTHING when I am on visitor tab. This leaves the app useless until a new update comes around.

  • Kinks & Customer Service Need to Be Worked On

    Great in theory; not so great in practice. Of the three properties I manage, I can only access one with the app. The other two won't let me drill down to a specific floor or suite. When I contacted Workspeed customer support, I was told I could enter tickets as one of my Clients using the "On Behalf Of" option. Not exactly the help I was hoping for to resolve my issue.

    Would be nice if us on the management side could actually receive and complete requests coz right now tho it looks nice is useless, still have to accept request thru my browser
