    Internet pops and says not connected. Phone drops calls. Dropped Verizon cause salesman quoted lower price but it is actually higher. And said phones were free for switching but we are paying for them. Four adults and 3 teens all heard the same terms. He out and out lied about terms. And we are seniors on social security

    The app is useless- keep asking to sign in and redirect to browser website if i click on the support tab it won’t work Por cell data speeds rarely gets a good speed internet Where I work the most is the worse on signal and internet- Roswell Woodstock Alpharetta At the airport there is no cell internet speed at all I am going to another service carrier if I can’t get it fixed

    Very disappointed!!!! Especially the messaging and the way you have to put it in your contacts to get it then the message usually makes no sense. This phone just pretty much does what it wants, you never know what it’s going to change. This will be my last iPhone!

    Every month I log into the app to pay DirectTV bill. When I log in later to pay phone bill, I get an “oops” message about logging into the wrong account and sends me to DirectTV login or, it tells me “I see you don’t have any tv service” and redirects me to DirectTV. I have to remove the app and then download it again just to be able to pay the bill! This happens consistently EVERY month! Customer service has no explanation for it. Ugh! Very frustrating!

    My agreement in writing is not what I am being charged I am being charged twice the agreed upon amount ATT are thieves! Never again would rather be without a phone!

    If I could cancel AT&T service, I would, they’re the only provider in my area with reliable internet. Totally inept company for “customer service” LONG hold times with people with very hard to understand accents.
