Used to love the convenience of the target app, but after an update I can no longer scan the barcode or type in the receipt number on in-store purchase receipts and add them to my account. This is super frustrating as it was more convenient for me to add the purchases after leaving the store than having to always remember to have my phone ready and whatever method I am using to buy the items with.

What happened with “Manager my redcard” In the app it was so easy to make payments to my credit card!!! Can someone help with it or now I have to go to the store pay for credit card??

I thought I placed a target order with a target circle account using target same day delivery (so fabulous we offer such amazing service). But when anything appears off, like I don’t know, your order doesn’t get shopped and it just says it will arrive by 10 pm even though it’s now 11 pm and hasn’t even shown a pulse or any signs of motion since you placed it three hours ago. So you figure out how to contact chat and they ask you if it’s a shipt order and then say they can’t help you. And give you a phone number to call. That was last week. Silly me I tried again to order and this time it didn’t apply my gift cards and also said I no longer had any gift cards. So I contact help, silly me. And after providing all kinds of fun verification data they say is it a shipt order? And give me a number to call. Wow. Stop saying target same day deliver and say Shipt will be servicing you so if you have any issues (which you will) with your same day delivery please contact Shipt. Oh and I love “ is there anything else I can help you with.” Like I’m gonna be like you know I was trying to buy this one ultra soft toothbrush…NO THERES NO OTHER ISSUE. You didn’t help me with the first, actual problem . Why would I trust you with another request even if I had one???

Hello, Always had excellent service with ordering online, drive up pickup. Today is the first time I received another customer’s order. With that being said, calling customer service, without any hesitation, my order could either have the items shipped or refund to my credit card. I opted for a credit so I could reorder my original order. The only puzzling thing why it takes 2-3 days to credit my account. Seems all retailers are the same. Retailers can pull my money immediately but can’t refund immediately.

Coupon codes never work in app or online. Even when they don’t specify that you have to purchase specific items to use them. Also, Target’s same day delivery serve never seems to be able to deliver the same day although they charge you $9.99 for a delivery fees. Lots of false advertising on by Target.

Layout is so bad and counter intuitive!!! There’s no where to ask Q&A questions. The app layout is even worse than the website which is clearer.

Finding the cartwheel is much more difficult these days. The app has gotten harder to navigate.

The app wouldn’t update (status icon would just spin). Deleted the app and tried to download…same thing.
