TikTok Shop Seller Center

I opened my shop and got approved. The next day, my shop is permanently closed because of “Shop Compliance Incorrect Registration Information “. There was no indication of what might have been wrong or any way to correct it. I do KNOW that all of the information and PROOF that I supplied them was 100% correct. This is completely on them, the people/AI at this company clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I went online and this us happening to a lot of people. Get better processes and people TikTok, you can afford it! 😡🤬

Honestly, I do not understand why such a big platform can mistreat the sellers so much. They do not care at all whatsoever what the sellers have to say and are never on the seller side. You constantly lose money when putting products to sell on TikTok shop because they do not care about the ones selling. my company has us so much money to them, freezing the products and allowing customers to make returns that are not even the products they purchased. we’ve had customers who got their full refund when they did not even send the product back. They do not ask the seller for permission or at least to review the refund and the reason why someone is refunding or returning an item. Customers can easily steal from the company and say they want a refund while still keeping the product and even though that’s not OK with the company because they’re losing money and getting stolen from TikTok shop does not care at all and you can file an appeal, but it still won’t work or help you or do anything in your favor.

I’ve went back and forth for about 4 months sending my business registration all my paperwork n all it lets me have my shop but less that 24 hours later it takes it down says violation bc on of my papers aren’t correct. Can’t get any help. Sooo frustrating

Only thing I don’t like about it is that you hold the money for a couple extra weeks before getting paid

There are some functionality issues. For instance when you try to upload pics for a new product, it won’t let you access photos from your phone

This app is absolutely terrible. I would 100% recommend anybody to stay away from this. My solar account got banned, but I didn’t get any explanation as to why I had to go on a month-long expedition to figure out why my TikTok shop was banned and sport wasn’t very helpful either.
