    DONT DOWNLOAD APP!!! I originally downloaded to app back in 2023 and only used it for a short while before I grew bored with it. I thought all was well until i realized that they’ve been charging my card $49.99 every. single. month. I tried to cancel through my email and it stated that I had no existing subscriptions to cancel, BUT THEYRE STILL CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH. Their customer service is so trash. I tried to contact customer service via email and through the app, in which i received nothing back from them. “We’ll be back online tomorrow” is what I keep seeing and it’s been a couple days. How about you stop SCAMMING people out of their money! Needless to say, I will never be using this app again.

    I downloaded this app nothing but a scam signed up for the 7 day trial canceled before the renew date of May 1st was still charged not once but twice

    I was getting free chapters after waiting 8 hours at a time. Now it only has the option of coins for every single book. No longer timed in between chapters or available to watch ads. Automatic unlock has disappeared completely from all stories with no type of warning at all. Considering uninstalling this app. I used to tell everyone about it. Now I will not be promoting this app anymore.

    I don’t think I have ever seen so many grammatical errors in a story. It’s painful to read. My 12-yr old granddaughter could do a better job. Will be deleting the app.

    The App is horrible. I paid for the weekly plan and the app kept telling me that to go to the next episode I need to subscribe. Thank goodness I went thru Apple ID so I was able to cancel the subscription immediately. Excuses are all talk. Fix this issue and it MIGHT be worth looking at.

    DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES. Passion has great stories that get you hooked. They unlock one chapter a day and give you 33 points/coins a day for free. That is great. But when you make ANY purchases, it’s a subscription that will only give you an extra 15 coin bonus and/or another 33 coins per day. Not only that, but your “day” is exactly 24 hours from the previous day. Hopefully you read this prior to downloading or you have the same schedule! On the other hand, Apple is great at undoing this app’s scam.

  • Don’t do the subscription

    Thought I would try. With the 3 day trial period. $32.99 was charged to my account. I canceled the subscription the very next day. I found how to request a refund. I followed the guideline and 2 weeks later, I am still waiting. Now I am being told I need to contact the Apple/Google play platform to request my money back. The customer service chat support is not available most of the time. Don’t deal with the headache.

    I did download this app to check on this site. Next thing I know, I’m charged $19.99! I can’t find any where that I authorized this! I want my money back! You all are nothing but scammers!
