Description

Danganronpa 10-Year Anniversary Release: Part 4! DANGANRONPA S: ULTIMATE SUMMER CAMP is now on smartphones! Summary Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp is a massively enhanced version of Ultimate Talent Development Plan, the boardgame from Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. The stage is set at the tropical resort of Jabberwock Island, and players improve their characters via the "Development (Boardgame)," "Battle," and so on. Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp is the dream crossover of Danganronpa characters with over 1,000 event scenes, and offers new swimsuit outfits for all characters. Also, players can now collect collab illustrations drawn for merchandise in the Mono Mono Machine! ・Game features Development (Boardgame) The main part of the game in which players will develop their character over 50 days (50 turns) of summer camp on Jabberwock Island. Roll a die to determine how many spaces to move. An event will be triggered depending on which square the character lands on. Each character has various stats, including level. Character stats improve by leveling up, stopping on a Growth Square, or interacting with other characters on Event Squares. Bosses placed by Monokuma and monster battles triggered by Battle Squares will impede the player's path along the way. Talent Squares grant Talent Fragments, which grant characters new skills. Players will also need to acquire weapons and armor at shops and treasure chests as well as utilize cards featuring useful effects to their advantage. Battle A Battle Mode can be played separately from the Battle Squares found in the boardgame. Develop characters and form a party of up to four members and take on the 200-floor Tower of Despair where Monokuma-type monsters await. In the Tower of Despair, enemies attack in waves, and the player is rewarded with Monokuma Medals upon victory. Players need to increase their characters' levels while learning skills and gearing up their characters in order to emerge victorious. School Store In the School Store, players can spend Monokuma Medals and Monocoins they've obtained in battle to gain new characters and support items using the MonoMono Machine. Each character has different rarities, and the higher the rarity, the faster they will grow in Development mode. [Supported OS] iOS 12.0 and above. *Not supported on certain devices. It is amazing, there are so many things to get in the Gacha. I also love how Tenko thinks Chihiro is a tomboy because “she” left with Mondo during an event. It is just amazing tho! If I could, I would rate it a 10/10!

I love this game you get to see characters talk to each other that have never spoken to each other before and you get to see how they interact plus it’s fun!? I love this alternate Danganronpa universe and how nice it is, with everyone being friends and stuff!!!!!!! The gameplay can be difficult and I’m all for it! The graphics are really nice and you can go look back at times you have talked to people! I honestly can’t think of any complaints for this game!
  • Honestly, this is what a mobile game should be

By NO means do I mean to compare this to the mainline Danganranpa games in terms of content or gameplay, (THATS WHAT GAMES THAT ARE NOT ON YOUR PHONE ARE FOR) but as a huge fan of the series this is a wholesome breathe of fresh air in an otherwise pretty dark cinematic universe. I play this while doing my laundry, while working on homework, eating dinner sometimes after a long day, while having beers with the guys, etc and I even bought it on my Nintendo switch so I could play it on my tv. If you are a danganranpa fan AND if you like turn based JRPGs l recommend this. Also the micro transactions are honestly truly optional but I found it really nice that if there was that one character you really wanted, it was only a dollar to buy them as a permanent unlock, this includes even the best ranked characters, I think they are all just a dollar? Idk I’ve only bought one so far because she’s a favorite and also because I’ve unlocked a pretty decent percentage of them without any kind of paywall. As long as you finish the 40 turn board a few times and do some monster battles, AND do the Usami challenges you’re able to get the hang of it and be free to play. Also having all of the characters from the 4 games in one game is just awesome. Quite Simply, this game is borked.

I love danganronpa, i’ve watched the anime, played all the games, (Yes, another episode as well) and have been following the series for years now. this is a joke and spike knows it. aside from the performance issues such as random crashing and a choppy frame rate, this game is all grind and no fun. unless you enjoyed the talent development program from v3, you will find yourself struggling to play this game for more then 20 minutes at a time.
  • It’s based on the developmental plan minigame from DR v3

This title may be pretty controversial bc of the gatcha -style unlocks and the fact that this isn’t entirely novelized like in the previous games and also no killing games or class trials here either. so you’re taking a character of your choice (you only have makoto, Hajime, Komaru, shuichi and Kaede as starters) so you play the highly interactive board game to level up your character as much as you can possible and once you have up to 4 characters to form a party with, you can then play the rpg battles to climb the tower of despair. There is some light fan service as you can unlock character cards that feature them in bikinis since it is beach themed. And unless you pay some change to get some characters directly like ultra rarity cards? It’s going to be a LONG grind! And besides the long introduction, that’s pretty much all there is to it to be honest here. But I’d rather play this over call of duty mobile anyday. I’d recommend this, if and ONLY if you’re a hardcore Danganronpa fan.
