Not sure how this helps. It’s a simple calorie counter & constant reminder to drink water. Also all sales are final. I signed up for the premium bundle $48 and the 7 day trial $10. After 7 days I decided it wasn’t for me but they had already charged the full year upgrade. All I got was a sorry, can’t help you.

As the title says. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. The app support uses deceptive business practices. This app has NEVER actually functioned on my phone and still I was charged the full price. OMO tech support even acknowledged that I haven’t used the app and still charged me. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. They are crooks!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I’m forced to in order to leave a review. BEWARE!!
  • Terrible customer service. I would give it a Zero if I could

I clicked on the meal plan just to see what it was and it automatically charged me $24 for the extra service. I contacted customer service and they stated it was non-refundable. I have to cancel it with my credit card. I will not be using this app any longer for their terrible customer service.

I like the way the calories are calculated. Also food groups are figured.
  • I’m enjoying using it but…

I’m curious; when I log adult beverages, it counts toward my hydration count but not my calorie count (because yes, I am aware craft beer isn’t helping my waistline ;-) Otherwise I think it’s useful for keeping track of food and hydration but not necessarily fitness; I don’t use a fitness tracker so if you do, you’re golden! I discovered that, with an iPhone 8, I have to download an app called Omada to track steps. In terms of value ($15/mo), I think it’s a good bargain; not aware of how much others cost but it’s about the max I want to pay (recently retired and being a caregiver to my partner after a fall).

First of all companies that don’t have an option to unsubscribe are a complete scam. I never write reviews but with this one I had to. It’s charging my account, it’s not showing where to unsubscribe.
  • Horrible weight loss app

This is definitely not worth the money! They also automatically renew your subscription without sending a reminder and then refuse to refund your money! Definitely not worth it!
  • Scam - They take your $$$

Update - they reached out & asked me to send them another email re the issue below- I did and no response still after a week. Such a ripoff 4-30-24 - I paid an additional $20 for the food & exercise guides but still can’t access them. I’ve reached out to customer service twice and all I get is an auto response saying they are busy. Wish I’d read all the reviews about them taking extra funds for nothing etc. Disappointing - no way to track any exercise except walking. So $79.99 for calorie tracking???? Ripoff - scam. They should be sued or have Apple deplatform them.

I was really looking forward to this app because I taken the quizzes online and they were saying all the right things. I impulsively decided to sign up and subscribe to the three month plan at the discounted rate ($25.99) with the expectation that if I didn’t like it I could get my money back with the 30 money back guarantee Once opening the app I realized that what the website was portraying was not what I have just bought. The website presents the premium plan which can only be purchased in the app (NOTE: refunds cannot/will not be given for purchases in the app). I immediately knew that this app was not going to work for me and I canceled my subscription. I then looked to see if I could get my $25.99 back (at this point the charge was still pending on my card). The refund process is difficult and the only way to contact Omo customer service is through email which apparently has been “experiencing a high volume of inquiries and requests.” I did contact my back and blocked Omo from charging and disputed the charge so I’m hoping I get this issue resolved soon. Over all this app might help you loose weight because you’ll be to busy trying no to get your money back to have time to eat.

It’s a scam. They ask you to subscribe for a full 1-month plan, turns out that’s just a food tracker and you have to subscribe to another plan to actually get your plan. What a scam.
