I love the interface during a workout! I can see my heart rate quickly, and it gives me a little vibration when I switch zones. The watch app had a little glitch a few weeks ago, but the developers were on top of it and communicated well through emails!
  • Worked well at first...

The app worked well at first (for about a month) and now it won't log workouts. When I choose w workout it hangs for a second and then goes back to my watch Home Screen. Super annoying when I'm about to start a workout and am stuck spending time trying to get the app to work. I deleted it and went back to the Apple workout app. It's not great, but at least it works.

I do CrossFit and I love that it tells me my current heart rate and buzzes when I go to a different heart level. I can see my workout summary in my phone afterwards. Totally love it!
  • Quit working

The app just quit working properly. It wasn’t gauging my heart rate correctly and kept registering my heart rate on the first zone when my other apps were telling me my heart rate was clearly above the zone.

It’s really neat to have an email for each workout. Very nice design too.

I’ve been wanting an app to track my CrossFit and HIIT class workouts for sooo long and I’m glad this finally exists! I like the first screen the best because it has my effort, heart rate, calories, and points all on one page. Sometime I’ll swipe to the point progress page if I’m feeling particularly competitive. Overall, it’s simple, easy to use, and provides real-time insight that’s so helpful to see mid-workout. 10/10 would recommend 🔥
