    I liked open phone when I first started using it, but now it’s getting buggy and too difficult to get up with customer service to get some answers. AI chat bot is useless.

    This app has nice features like the AI call summaries and the ability to transcribe phone conversations. That said some features need some work. For example, phone calls, and voice messages appear in one spot, while text messages from that same contact appear in another spot. It really drives me crazy trying to figure out what was the last communication. Also, the caller ID is somewhat lacking compared to other apps. And finally, there is no contact synchronization. Yes, you can upload a list of your current contacts, but that data is stale it would be way better if it continuously synchronize with your Google contacts and you didn’t have to compare to see which was the latest info. All in all only an OK app.

    This app has constant issues. It keeps dropping calls when I try to make a receive calls for my laptop and now it's mute on the phone when I answer a call I can't hear anything and this goes on over and over again just rebuild the app from scratch because this isn't working.

    It took them a long time to port my number and had some issues in the beginning so plan ahead but I love the fact that it has so many tools, for presaved messages etc. Can be pricy but it’s good. I would give a 5 start if they offered the option to mute calls on certain team members. I’m already paying for their subscription and if the phone rings, everyone gets a call they can’t mute only calls, they have to mute messages too. Annoying but Hey it’s still the best app I tried pretty much all existing lol

    Automized texting messages and snippets work well. However the caller ID, after being approved for such is not working so when my business calls a client, it lists my number calling from a random city, which customer do not recognize and block or don’t answer their phone. I have reported this several times and the matter has yet to be resolved. There is no human being to talk to get this resolved.

    I have been using OP for a few years now. I love having a business line with autoresponders! Customer service has improved and has been good. My only complaint is call quality: there is almost always a lag which makes communication awkward.

    I’ve had a Manhattan phone number for the past 20 years, and I wanted a web interface and mobile app for better text messaging & calls on-the-go without getting a different number. This app has totally delivered. I get a lot of use out of my canned text messages, including for missed phone calls. Crucially, there are no bugs, the UX is fantastic, and the onboarding support was very good. I can also reach international numbers. This makes the app pretty much perfect for me.

    Honestly, I am so disappointed in the service. Months ago before I went on a big trip I invested in the system to create a simple call system for my clients trying to reach individual service providers other than myself within our shared salon. Randomly about two months in, while still billing me open phone did some kind of update and completely disabled my entire Specifically curated phone flow. This flow was already extremely, not user-friendly and took days to establish. Now without any consent or without my knowledge, they have completely hijacked and changed the whole flow when clients call. So now clients no longer have an option to select a service provider, but open phone sends them to a basic voicemail. I am so disappointed and I cannot wait to get the service disabled.
