Description

Welltory is your personalized health tracker app. Already loved by 8 million users, featured by TechCrunch, Product Hunt, & Lifehacker. We analyze heart rate variability (HRV) — a heart health marker backed by over 20,000 studies on PubMed — to assess your heart health and overall wellness. Studies show that our HRV measurement method is as accurate as ECGs (EKGs) and heart rate monitors. Plus, we’ve collaborated with University College London, Texas University, and Arizona State University. Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Medical School quoted us in their research papers. But Welltory is more than a heart rate monitor app. It’s a smart companion that lets you see the complete picture of your health in one place. Sync your Apple Watch or connect 1,000+ supported apps & gadgets, from Garmin to Reddit, to track your activity, sleep, productivity, nutrition, meditations and more. Our AI will scan your data for insights daily and gradually guide you to feel happier and healthier. Seems to be on Target I don’t know if it knows me better than I know myself or maybe it’s just off at times and I don’t understand it but overall I agree with analytical decisions when I was sick it let me know I was sick but now that I’m well it’s letting me know I’m wellso there is a big possibility knows exactly what it’s talking about. Use it for my workouts seems to really help with my energy.
  • Long Covid

I’m going on 4 years of long COVID. I’ve tried lots of apps including visible. What I learned from visible is my range of rmssd. That’s nice and all but it never told me anything about what was going on. Welltory premium has been worth it just a week of use with the Apple Watch 9. I get a lot more useful information like the balance of my sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. Welltory is awesome syncing with other apps. I’ve been using auto sleep and that feeds into Welltory so I can just use the one app to go over things. The ai ChatGPT integration sounds cool, but I’m not interested in paying 20$ a month to ask it how I’m doing. I feel I get plenty already with Welltory premium.

I’ve just begun using this program and trying to understand what it all means to my well-being. I’m looking forward to learning more about my health as I age. I say this because I’m not sure whether to endorse or criticize this program. I have positive hopes this will help.

    Outstanding!
  • Useless App

This app serves no useful purpose. If I followed their guidance I would not get out of bed each morning. I am 70 years old. Since having this app I have hiked the Grand Canyon North Rim to South Rim with a 50 lb pack, climbed Pikes Peak, hiked all the mountain trails in Big Bend and Guadeloupe National Parks hiked 80 miles in Yellowstone, hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, climbed Kilimanjaro, and back packed 87 miles in Patagonia. I have also completed 8 two day bicycle rides that were each 185 miles. Everyday I get up the Welltory message is hit the brakes, hit the hay, or Houston we have a problem. Paul Dougharty

  • Day/Date stamps needed in addition to time

I wish the “latest insights” section had day/date stamps in addition to time. Sometimes I don’t know what day I’m reviewing. I see from your response that the date is shown, but they still all say “yesterday” followed by the date on the next line. Perhaps a day of the week would make more sense than yesterday for everything.
  • Enjoying the Insight

I’m really enjoying the level of detail into my health that this is giving me. I noticed my overall health score is significantly better on days that I abstain from alcohol and it’s led me to cut out alcohol for the majority of the week. I’ve started losing weight that has been stubborn for years and feel much better. Not sure I would have come to this conclusion without seeing quantifiable data. One improvement I’d like to see is in the Apple Watch. My stress, energy, and health metrics rarely display my most recent reading. It’s usually from the previous day.
