Disappointed along with others they got rid of there credit system to send faxes. I send maybe 50 faxes a year randomly. I’m not paying $250 a year for this. I was happy to buy 20-30$ of credits or whatever it was for the couple I needed to send. Unfortunately I’m going to need to find a new fax app. Otherwise this interface was extremely easy to use and had no issues.

The app worked great for the one time fax I need to received during this past holiday. I immediately cancelled it (same day) after paying $2.99 for the incoming fax. I did not want it to auto renew, so I made sure to do it right then. However, 3 days after the free week expired, a charge for $10.69 came through. “Fax” said I needed to contact Apple to ask for the refund. I contacted Apple 3x, each time they denied the refund without giving valid reason. Be VERY wary of using this app for a single use. Even if you cancel it, you will be charged, and no one will help you. I’ll never use it again!
