  • Filters Not Sticking

This app was working fine for years but now, the filter isn’t sticking and it’s super annoying. I only want to see unread mail and every time I open the app, I have to set this. Never had to do it before.
  • Not receiving new email notifications

Since the update last week: 1. App completely stopped working for me & several work colleagues. We all had to delete & re-install Outlook. 2. Now I don’t get new email notifications even though all notifications settings are on. This has caused me constant issues as my company relies on Outlook for all email communication. I work out of the office & get all my email through the app so this issue has been a huge headache. I see in other comments I’m not the only person having this issue. Please address this asap Microsoft.
  • Spam features and events

I get a lot of nonsense emails and I hate clicking them to mark them as spam, and it can even be dangerous. I would love it if the long-press gesture revealed an option to mark an email as spam/phishing and delete it from there WITHOUT opening it. Also, I don’t understand why I can’t add an event to both my outlook calendar AND iOS. Adding that option too would increase the experience that much more. It’s all about user choice.

I no longer receive emails after the update. I use a SMTP config for my business email and it’s stuck on an infinite updating loop. I have deleted the account and re installed and still the same. It works flawless on the default mail app for Apple so this is surely an Outlook issue. Microsoft is on this break everything we make rampage lately.

I’ve noticed many times that mail I sent to Junk never stays that way. The same companies keep getting through to my main inbox. Also on the same hand, I have some mail go to junk that I have many times had to send back to my inbox. Good Grief!!!!
