    Tried to renew an expired subscription to Tidal because I wanted to preserve my curated playlists. Renewed through App Store but they started a brand new subscription rather than restarting my lapsed subscription. Contacted Tidal to try to resolve, they said I’d need to cancel with App Store and renew directly with them to get my playlists restored. Contacted Apple and they refused to refund even though I explained that was what Tidal told me to do. Going to sign up with Qobuz

    I download my songs before a trip but then when in offline mode the content is not available. Do not use this app for travel!

    I think the audio in this app is great, and the UI is also very good but there are a few flaws that i think could improve the app a lot. I think the app should have cross fade. cross fade was one of my favorite things you could do on spotify, and I think it would be pretty nice to have it. I also noticed when you queue up songs, it queues them backwards. So the first song i queue up will be the last song I listen to on my queue, i want that to be fixed. finally, when im looking through my favorite artists, i find albums that they didn’t make that are made by someone else that has the same name. It makes stuff confusing, and it would be great if it could be fixed.

    Love the app! I like to listen to songs on repeat and would love a feature to just play the same song over and over again cause it’s troublesome to tap play next over and over and over again. Also stop the downloading little videos.

    love the sound, but as someone who is constantly editing playlists the edit function is frustrating. I’ll click save and it only works half the time so I have to redo everything I just did. Also sliding the songs around is annoying too bc sometimes the view will shoot back to where I grabbed the song from and not from where I placed it so I have to scroll all the way back and sometimes the song isn’t even where I wanted to place it 😭 wont go back to spotify for better editing though cause their ceo is insane

    Switching from Spotify, so far it has all the music I had in my 10+ year old Spotify likes playlist and nice quality audio. The only issue is that it sometimes repeats songs when it switches to Bluetooth in my car. Also noted there were AI features, I want to be frank and say I will probably never use it. I think it’s pretty unappealing to new users who are burnout on all the unnecessary AI tools on apps nowadays
