    So I can connect to other phones on this app and can send them some pretty cool messages. It is so great you can even draw on the screen when you are making a video. It has cool and funny voices that you can use and will send videos across the world! The only problem I have had with it is whenever I try to watch a video that just came through from my friends or family it won’t play. It will just sit there trying to load but every time I try it won’t play. This is a terrible problem because then you can’t actually connect with your friends. It has done this with all of my contact and I would suggest this app but please fix this problem. I love this app but I can’t reach out to my mom on it because it doesn’t play! Please fix this.😩👏

    I’ve never ever rated an app, never felt compelled to do so. I got this app about 10 days ago after my best friend encouraged it. I’ve been using it to communicate with her, my other bff, and a person I am newly seeing. It has been so fun to just include as a part of my day, sharing thoughts, nuances, and experiences as they happen with the people that mean the most to me. The video quality sometimes isn’t great when it comes through, especially if you are moving, but that’s almost charming to me in a way. This is a great app, and probably the only app I’ll ever review.

    Marco Polo so well it makes it easy to speak to my friends on the run. You can easily talk make a make make effect to like say instead of you can write and not draw things you can write if you buy the special one. I think you should one though it is a little tricky and it tries to get you to invite people, but that’s fine, so I think I’ll give it five stars four it’s a fun thing to have on my thing. It just looks a little weird when I look at all my apps, but that’s it.

    I recently got a new phone and the app will only open to the homepage. It will not enter into the video screen. I’ve tried re downloading it twice. This is a poorly made app.

  • Can’t give microphone access

    Been using this app for a long time, but just today, I’m assuming because of an update, I am required to give the app access to my phone’s microphone. I have *tried* and I can’t get it to work. So frustrating!!!

    All is well, after I had to delete the polo because it was not opening and I couldn’t use it for whatever reason. The FAQ wasn’t helping, and I realize I just needed to delete the whole app and download from the cloud so that I didn’t lose all my connections and back polos so now it works well. But what I think will be helpful is reminders as you approach a minute or two minutes whatever the average time Apollo is just a little flashing, the scream approaching two minutes two minutes… Egg, counting people complain about long polos, and becomes a source of contention, which makes some people not want to be in the polar room and get and leave and exit. it would also be nice to have a reminder maybe like five minute polo like a beep or something let you know your five minutes in case you fell asleep cause I fall asleep on polos to wake up so that’s pretty much all I got talk to you later. Thanks.

  • My app keeps crashing!!

    I’ve been a Marco Polo user since mid 2022. And I love using the app as a way of communication to some of my friends that live far away. But, as of a couple weeks ago, my app constantly crashes. It doesn’t allow me to view any videos, or even be within the app for less then 15 seconds. I’ve deleted it, and reinstalled it, and even updated it when the latest version is out at least 3 times. Yet, nothing changes! This is very frustrating and I’d really like it to be fixed. Thank you!

    I’ve been on Marco Polo since the beginning of when they first were around. I thought I’d be grandfathered in when they started charging and adding all these features to it. But they took certain features away from what I had already been subscribed to. Think that’s pretty lame. 100+ for the year is pretty steep and ridiculous. That’s why they get four stars but to be fair, it is a very nice way to keep in touch with my friends who are living in a different country and we are on different time zones. Its a good way of keeping in touch. However, again, I can’t justify paying the hundred plus subscription!
