Do not install this app! I have cancelled twice and they still keep charging me. I would give zero starting I could. I have contacted support three months in a row and I am still being charged! Also it was supposed to be $6.99. They are charging me every month for $24.99 and another for $14.99. Going to have to contact my credit card company to block them I guess.

This app is meant to be used at night. It should allow you to queue up stories so you don’t have to keep looking at the app every time the story is finished. There are very few stories to listen to. You can get better options on YouTube. Not worth it.

As others have stated here, this app charges you for additional payments that you do not authorize. If this happens to you, I encourage you to go to this website and report Sutara to Apple for fraud as I have done: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. I authorized an initial $6.99 for a one month membership to try it out and within 5 days the app attempted to charge me an additional $29.99 and $39.99 for a “Premium Subscription” that I did not sign up for. I alerted my bank of this fraud. Contacting their customer service they just argue with you and claim that “We'd like to point out that transactions or subscriptions are initiated independently by users during the purchase process. We are a legit company and comply with all applicable laws and regulations”. Straight up lies… DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP

This app is a scam. I downloaded the app and never got the app to work and when I logged it it asked me to download app again. They charged me $39.99 and two weeks later $29.99. They tried to charge $39.99 again and it was declined and they charged in the same day $14.99. No way to cancel this and it’s a complete rip off. I need to be refunded for all the charges. Beyond a scam.

Signed up for 6.99 trial and was billed days later for a full month at full price. Disappointing that it was charging extra costs.

Was charged 39.99 then they tried to charge me 59.99. Very disappointed I won’t support this. They tried to charge my account again. They deserve negative reviews, thieves. They have attempted to charge my account 4 times, thankfully my bank has denied them all. Disappointed. Total attempted charges over $200. They said to contact customer support and give them my email, they can charge my account but don’t have my email. Please don’t waste your time

I get an alert from my credit card company every month that they are trying to charge me the yearly rate 39.99 every month. I have to dispute the charge and I get no response from helpline if you can even get through…

This is a great app, but the voice speaks too fast. I would like a way to slow it down.

This is 100% fraud and they will charge you every month going forward even if you try to cancel. Don’t even think about downloading and paying for this app. Any review that’s more than 1 star is absolutely fake.
