Description

Start your subscription today to begin treatment with EndeavorOTC, the game-based ADHD treatment clinically designed to improve symptoms, attention and focus, designed with the same technology as the world’s first FDA-authorized game-based treatment. The treatment includes Focus Score, a first-of-its-kind personalized metric where you can track attention progress. EndeavorOTC is for adults 18 years and older with ADHD experiencing inattention-related challenges that affect their quality of life such as diminished focus, inability to complete projects or tasks, keep track of important items, and more. Built with the same technology as EndeavorRx, the world's first FDA-authorized video game treatment. EndeavorOTC is available now by subscription. No prescription needed. EndeavorOTC was studied in more than 220 participants over a 6-week period. In the clinical trial, 88% of participants saw improvement in their attention and 73% of participants reported quality of life improvements, including an increased ability to balance projects, get things done on time and keep track of important items like phone, wallet, and keys. There were no lasting or serious side effects in any clinical trials for EndeavorOTC. (1,2) How EndeavorOTC improves focus: The gameplay challenges you to tap targets and navigate obstacles to boost your attention and focus. As you progress through the game, the technology is continuously measuring your performance and using adaptive algorithms to adjust the difficulty and personalize the treatment experience. How to Play EndeavorOTC: Playing EndeavorOTC can fit into your daily routine. The more you play, the better your results. Playing the game every day for an initial six weeks can improve your attention and other functions that make up your ability to focus. Users will be given a target Focus Score increase which should be achievable in six weeks. Based on clinical trial data, the target increase provided directly relates to improvement in ADHD-related symptoms and overall quality of life. And, for the vast majority of people, this will leave room for continued improvement in Focus Score and cognitive abilities as well as ADHD symptom management beyond the initial six week course of treatment. EndeavorOTC is made available under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) current Enforcement Policy for Digital Health Devices for Treating Psychiatric Disorders During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency. EndeavorOTC has not been cleared or authorized by the FDA for its indications. It is recommended that patients speak to their health care provider before starting EndeavorOTC treatment, and before making any medical decisions. © 2024 Akili Interactive Labs, Inc. • Very intriguing, at first...

Seems like something that might actually work, however before you've really learned anything aside from how to play the game they are asking for money. I'm not gonna pay you guys just because the game was mildly entertaining, you've got to tell me something useful first.

Couldn’t even play the game, crashed my NEW iPad twice.
  • ADHD ppl STAY AWAY! Makes you do all pre-testing, then asks for $70 to continue..

This is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of being upfront, it asks you to do an entire pre-testing session and then asks for $70 just to continue. Just to even see your results. Not only is this pricing insane, the fact that they try to ‘trick’ you into paying $70 after a long pre-test session is deceptive and outrageous. This just screams “money scam”. You don’t even really get to understand what you’re paying all that money for either because all you can do before shelling out cash is to do a pre-test. Absolutely no understanding, trial, or explanation of the ways in which this will ‘help’ you. Absolutely unacceptable. Complete waste of time for people that already have a hard time managing their time.

I was excited and engaged with the game but the price seems steep.

I thought this might be snake oil, but I figured that I should at least do the free trial. I started the feeling the difference and increasing my focus after just a couple of days. It’s been 2 weeks and now I’m shooting laser beams out of my eyes and burning holes through walls. Joking aside, it’s money well spent. You should extend the trial past 24 hrs though. It’s not enough time to experience the changes and you’ll get less negative reviews
  • Results are hidden behind a steep paywall

You spend 10-15 minutes to get your first result and then can’t even see what the results are unless you pay around $60 for at least three months. I didn’t get an option for a free trial either so it just wasted my time.
  • Way to expensive I have to pay for meds already

It’s so expensive and for a video game yes I have adhd and my kids have it too but I already have to pay for meds for 3 ppl with ADHD a game that can help us should be free with all the challenges we have to deal with in a day already 130$ a year should not be one of them. And I hate to burst your bubble but the game is subway surfer and that’s free so I’ll stay with that. I don’t need a game to tell me what I already know I have.
  • Truly life changing

Don’t rely on the negative reviews from people who forgot how the App Store works with free trials and automatic subscriptions, or the people complaining that the game isn’t the most fun. It’s definitely fun for treatment and I noticed a difference after my very first session. It gets harder as you improve to keep challenging you, the harder the game gets the easier my life gets. One of my biggest struggles with ADHD is executive disfunction and all the extra time it takes me to start and complete tasks due to all my dilly dallying, committing to this treatment plan has cut down that time DRASTICALLY as well as all of the anxiety and depression that used to result from the struggle. Now I just plan something and I do the thing? I feel so efficient and my confidence has significantly improved. Bonus tip: if you meditate or have a brief period of non-sleep deep rest within four hours of a session (or any kind of study session) it helps your brain to really rewire all of those changes in your brain aka it makes your brain a better sponge for everything you are learning.

This app really works. I’m testing it for my clients with ADHD and see my own focus improve quickly and being able to decrease procrastination on all tasks, especially boring ones.
  • No free trial?

I downloaded this app but there’s no free trial period and the smallest amount of money you can put in just to create an account is $70 for 3 months. Can’t believe they expect someone to pay that much without even knowing what the app does. Edit since developer responded to me: I understand that a week is too short of a time to see whether your product is effective, but you’re asking people to commit to spending at least 7 hours using an app without knowing what the time will be spent doing. You don’t even have any videos. What if I hate the game? I either have to continue playing it 10 minutes a day for 6 weeks or I’m out $70? That’s absurd.
