    I can’t use the app anymore because I don’t have IOS 16. It gives the option downloading the prior version but almost immediately it tells you to update and then you’re stuck. How am I supposed to get my tickets????? Not good!!! So you said to go to FAQs for more info. Nothing on your site and I can’t access the MLB app for FAQs because of my original problem!!! Just fix the app so we can use the prior version. !!!!!

    The app is great and easy to use, but it continues to sign me out every time which gets annoying to have to sign back in every time I open the app. Please fix. Then I will fix my review to 5 stars

    Fenway is such an amazing place to see a game or concert, if you ever get a chance to go a game or concert at Fenway don’t pass it up, you are family when you walk in to the stadium, also MGM music hall at Fenway is a must, there isn’t a bad seat, the sound is amazing a long with the staff, You’re always home weather your at Fenway, the Garden or Gillette, Boston/ Providence are in a league of their own.

    I used the same email address that I used to purchase tickets, verified my email address. I reached out to help desk and it’s been greater than 48 hours my game is a few days away. I can’t imagine the problems I’d have if I made last minute purchases.
