Your app stops music or audiobooks from playing on my phone. I don’t care how good the functionality is, if I can’t listen to music while I use your app it’s a bad UX.

To add every guest you keep having to buy more coins. I only have 34 guest and have spent over 80 dollars when you can use punch bowl for free.

Know that you’ll pay $50 to invite 60 ppl to an event. They don’t tell you this till you spend the time to create an entire invite and give you a total of 10 coins this also means you can’t share it on social media. It’s easy to create but the bait and switch is really off putting.
  • Not user friendly, costs too much

I had high hopes for this app. I tried the “free version” but still had to pay to send out invites. It took me along time to figure out how to “buy coins” just to do simple things. They trick you by saying certain designs are different amount of coins and each invite costs “coins” too. It’s confusing. Making edits was extremely frustrating on the template. I have tried other apps and they work much better and are actually free. The only reason I gave this one a try was because it had a specific theme design for my kid’s birthday party. And just to send to 15 guests it was over $30. I personally would not recommend it to any of my friends.
  • Great App, UI/UX is an opportunity

Been using this app for over 2 years now and several occasions. The experience/flow of uploading a mass file of contacts for wedding is a big area of opportunity. Took me and my fiance, two tech savvy people, 2 separate instances and on the second instance well over 2 hours. 1) the upload rejected 90% of our contacts. We manually formatted to match the template. 50% of the originally rejected were not accepted. Tried to finally download their own template…used their own template and Paperless Post didn’t accept 1 single one. Here’s the kicker - after spending 25 minutes manually adding contacts to the event, we wanted to group them in Family/Couple invites. Now, you’d think that we’d be able to select those from the individual list, or that the database would be pre populated now that we manually added the missing contacts…but no! We had to individually add the contacts again into the groups as if we never uploaded them…even though they were still stored in the individual invites database… That with a few other kinks was extremely frustrating..and in addition it’s insult to injury when we still have to pay $100+ to get the invites out. At the end of the day, it’s a good app - but geesh…
  • Co-Host App Crashes

As soon as I try to open the invite as a cohost the enter app crashes. It never worked. It’s been 2 weeks. I can open parties I’ve been invited to in the past and that’s it.

Every time I go in to delete a guest bc they are not going so I want them completely removed from the list, the screen goes completely black, I enter the app again and its still black, I have to re start my phone every single time
  • Not User Friendly

1- Every time I got something just right, the screen would go white & I would have to restart the app & lose all my work. And this was even after updating the app😓 2- I used to be able to send free invites & now there are BARELY enough free options to customize the invite 👎🏾 3- with these many issues, it’s too overpriced!!

Did not find easy to use once it got to the point of sending evites or sharing link. Also expensive
