  • My inspire 3 just stopped working

I used it pretty regularly and took good care of it. Never got it wet, always kept it charged all that good jazz. Woke up one morning, the date and time was completely wrong. I cannot fix it, now I can’t even get it to connect to the app. It’s connected to the Bluetooth on my phone but every time I try to connect it to the app it says invalid code. I’ve looked up how to fix this and I’ve talked to one of the Fitbit helpers and nothing is working. Actually pretty bummed about it..

The new update for the app is so ugly and you can’t find anything on it and you can’t go back and review your sleep or steps past a month please return to the old version it was so much better watch is great though.
  • The app is getting harder to read

The FitBit app a few years ago was awesome. Now, the overall look of the app is dull in color, making it difficult to quickly read and gather the info I want. They are trying to make it look more sleek and modern, but the app is losing its value to me bc the info no longer jumps off the screen like it used to with the older app versions. I would like to see the app go back (in appearance) to the older version from a few years ago.
  • Lots of useful information

This app really helps me understand which activities burn the most calories for me. It also gives me detailed info about how I sleep including benchmarks and oxygen levels.
  • Absolutely terrible

I used to love my Fitbit until the most recent update. It’s so disappointing having to find a different device now because Fitbit has become unreadable and not user friendly whatsoever. It seems as if the majority of Fitbit users are very disappointed with this recent update, as well. It would be in their best interest to switch the interfaces back to what they used to look like, but I don’t believe they care whatsoever to listen to the critiques of their loyal customers. Bye Fitbit, it was nice while it lasted. :(
  • What’s up?

I am wondering why my Fitbit does not properly keep track of my days. I set it for 6 days and it calculates me only having done 4 days. My watch says differently. If they are synced then why the mistake?
  • Poor customer support

Loved my Fitbit while it was working. However, it suddenly went blank and would not sync with my I phone. I called customer support and they were absolutely worthless. In frustration I have thrown my Fitbit away and bought another brand.
  • UI Updates for Sleep are Trash

The previous interface with daily sleeping results presented top to bottom in a nice scrollable motion was fantastic. Why did the team change the colors to a boring monochrome, wirey look and force horizontal views into daily, weekly, and monthly? I dread the day the team finally updates the heart rate interface. It’s one of the last pre Google Fitbit interfaces remaining. Please don’t change it - it’s perfect as is.
  • Sleep graph

The last update changed the sleep graph & the new version is awful. It’s difficult to read & just unappealing to see. Reminds me of an old dot matrix printer. Sleep tracking is the main reason I use my Fitbit. Please bring back the old graph.
  • New up date issue

Since this newest update, my sleep log is not collecting correctly and does not show the breakdown of when I slept.
