  • Aggravating every day log-in requirement

I find Atlantic articles to be enriching and unique compared to other magazines. 5/5 However, every day or so, I am signed out of my account and am forced to log in before it allows me to view a single article. I swear, Atlantic, I am not trying to cheat you out of your subscription. It’s the same “me” every day on my phone trying to read your articles. This is such an aggravating experience that it makes me want to not read your magazine if I have to log in one more time. 0/5
  • Logs me out

The app makes me log in about once a week. Why can’t this be fixed? I use the app less because of this. This has been a problem for at least a year, maybe longer.
  • With subscription, you get ads

In the age of paying for ad-free media, this app and company is a relic. Figure out your finances so that I can view your content ad-free like every other service of the like an maybe I’ll entertain the thought of a subscription.

Sometimes it works , but most of the times audio version doesn’t match the writing . Impossible to listen and listening is more important for me than visual way like reading . What a horrible app . No help whatsoever

I am a digital subscriber and the app keeps logging me out and I have to keep logging back in. No other major media app does that.

I have been complaining for 5-7 years about how this app constantly logs you out. It still is not fixed. I’ve had to re log in on both iPhone and iPad 8 times this week. Unacceptable.

Ads are obnoxious, all over the place, and I am a subscriber. Have an old version on old iPad that was so much better. I will keep that alive and use a browser instead to read articles. Deleting this version from new iPad

Should have audio section and fast audio uploads of stories. Surprising thus isn't available yet.
  • Virtually unusable

One can get as far as a few paragraphs. Then the screen goes white and eventually you might get to read another paragraph or so. It’s exactly the same behavior of many clickbait sites, or sites that let you read the start of an article for free, but I pay for a subscription
