I shouldn’t be forced to reload my Starbucks gift card when the balance is not enough to cover a drink in the app. The app should drain the gift card and the remaining balance should be covered by my credit card. The fact that I have to go into the store to drain the gift card from the app instead of being able to do it from the app directly is scammy. I don’t want to load money into the Starbucks app because it’s an app to order coffee not a bank.

I waited on a Christmas holiday icon that we have had for several years and nothing came out then the chestnut praline and Merry Christmas cookie drink that I absolutely love was only out for not even two weeks barley got one to top things off , then I waited now for spring and summer to hit for new app icons for each season and nothing but winter icon can you go back to making icons for both Christmas holidays and spring and summer and fall? It’s just a little simple way for your customers to enjoy the app and finding it makes you smile

After being without power for days you realize how much you appreciate Starbucks.

I just updated the app and not only did I have to reset my password twice in three days, but my gold card status is removed, plus all my previous gift card images. The Starbucks app is 100% failing me and I’m very disappointed! Also, fun fact…the app allowed someone in another state to use my card and make a $46 purchase three days ago, so dealing with Starbucks customer service for a refund. So much fun and I’m sick of the excuses.
