Good but feel that an improvement would be for the crew to put the taco together, rather than leave it fir the kid (or parent) to assemble. It’s too basic. To me, “Build your own,” is misleading. Thinking that it is choose your own options, not literally ‘build it’.

Real support not a bot to resolve issues. Your workers don’t follow instructions for online orders so what’s the real point of this app

i am aware that most people want honest reviews when it comes to apps like these. I can tell you from a personal experience with having the app for 3 years, it is the best. It is super easy to use and less complicated than ordering ur chipotle on DoorDash, Uber, etc. I highly recommend it because it also keeps track of your orders and points which allows you to get free meals later on. I have been saving and using my points for the last couple years, and it has been a game changer! Download the app Now!!

The rewards available in app is misleading. It displays as being available but when trying to use in store I’m told it has been used. It doesn’t make sense to have rewards show up in the app and then show up to the store and being told it’s already been used. Support says to uninstall and reinstall the app, please why don’t you fix the app and servers. Why use this app to track rewards if it doesn’t track it accurately.

This app may be great, but the odds of it frustratingly requiring you to sign in, after having already done so multiple times in weeks past, right when you open the app if so often, it makes me not want to use it. I often can’t remember my password because unlike the website, the app doesn’t automatically populate your password. This almost always happens when you are in line about to scan for point, leaving you inconveniencing the others behind you, leaving with a receipt to have to enter manually later, or just forgoing the point altogether. Please fix this annoying bug!

Ok, I enjoy eating from Chipotle. What I do not enjoy is taking the time to fill out the detailed ordering prompts only to get your food and see that the food was not made as described from the menu. This has to be human error because someone reads the way the customer would like the food to be made, meaning which ingredients and in some instances how much of a certain ingredient. ************!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the point of giving customers the ability to customize what goes into something if the person who makes it totally disregards what they see? ————————- Is there something that gets lost in translation from when the person who prepares the order, reads how the customer’s wants it to be prepared? What does the word extra mean? There is an option to put extra cheese or salsa or lettuce or a light amount of a particular ingredient. These things are more than not TOTALLY disregarded. I attempted to follow the procedure to notify Chipotle about this and Pepper the A.I. assistant if incapable of handling my request. It’s next to impossible to talk to as live person as well. No one cares to look into this and the consumer is left with an order that was made wrong and a consultant that doesn’t have reliable systems in place to remedy the situation effectively. It’s very frustrating.

There are a ton of Chipotles in DFW but this one is THE BEST- very cool friendly staff, orders are always perfect and the place is always clean and organized. Also the clientele is friendly - lots of medical folks fire/emts, and local folks

The app requires verification via SMS, but a message is never sent. I guess they don’t want my money 🤷🏼‍♂️

It offers them through the app but when you try to redeem it never lets you.

The app works well and is convenient. However there is no way to cancel orders. And you are not able to contact Chipotle in any way for assistance. No phone numbers are directed to real life humans and the chat bot is inaccessible.
