One of the best apps I have on my phone and computer. Easy itineraries, amazing ability to email hotel and airline bookings and TripIt will automatically create the itinerary with all pertinent information. It even tells you which gate you’re in, and has walking directions to the next gate! The Pro subscription is WORTH IT, I use TripIt Pro for ALL of my travel, business and personal. A few update requests: - Phone numbers in emergency contacts should be clickable for quick-calling, OR, add a “call now” button next to each one. Same with email addresses. - For travel documents like passports and drivers licenses, the app should send me a notification when something is about to expire, or will expire within a certain time frame, like a passport which has a 6-month window requirement.
  • Upgrade not worth it

I must be missing some thing because I bought the upgrade only to find out that I attached ideas and things that I wanted to do I can only put 25 attachments on my trip which was a huge disappointment. Also, when I share it with my family and my traveling members, none of them can see the attachments in my TripIt unless they alsoupgrade to the $50 version which just isn’t worth it
  • Totally Frustrated with App!

While I like having all of my travel in one place, the user interface is not updated on the app! Why can’t I delete my cancellations? Why do I have to keep adding my email for travel input? Why do I get notifications after the fact? Ugh! I hate that I paid for Pro!
  • Not sure why I pay extra for this

Lately TripIt has not been updating airplane gates. Three times in the last 2 months they have listed incorrect gates and I have walked halfway across a couple of airports. This morning in Bordeaux they also notified me that my plane moved to a different terminal - which it did not. Kind of an important feature that needs to work.
  • Inability to handle multiple languages

Not impressed that the emails in other languages weren’t included in the itinerary. You’d think a travel app would have this function
  • Buggy and can't use!

It seems great but when I go to enter my passport number it bugs out and freezes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it won't let me log in, we're leaving today so this is no big help to our trip. I wanted to like it but I can't even open it! This is all on current ios version with iphone15 pro max.

Fantastic app. Helped plan and keep track of a very busy trip all over Europe with multiple stops/shows/adventures. Pairs great with the Viator app. Will definitely use for every trip moving forward.

Overall, I like this app and it’s associated website. It allows me to keep track of all my future trips, along with all of my past strips. A very good app to go down memory lane. I paid for the pro version last July. Overall, I have to say I am disappointed with it. I thought being able to save all of my PDF receipts in one area, which would be a nice feature. However, I cannot find an easy way to import a trip receipt. It should not take this much work. I also cannot get the program to recognize an itinerary I have on princess cruises. This means I need to type it out manually. I know, this is not the end of the world. However, for a pro service, I should expect more. I will continue to use TripIt and it’s associated app. However, I will not pay for the pro until the features improve.
