    I was scammed by amazon because I ordered 3 things and I only received one. I chat with the help center and they said they would return my money but this never happened and a few days later they close my account without any reason

    Why do I have to send in an email to update my phone number? We are require to wait 2 to 3 business says for a response. I made one weeks ago, I uploaded my ID, didn’t get to update it. I can add and remove debit/credit cards though. Can we change this feature?!

    App speed slowed to 10% of normal yesterday, then crashed today. All I get is the picture of the dog with the “try again” message. Delete app & reloaded with no luck.

    Pedí un producto y cancelé el producto y dijeron que me iban a devolver mi dinero en un término de cinco a siete días, ya casi pasaron dos semanas y nada que me regresan mi dinero y lo único que quiero es mi dinero, porque el producto lo cancelé por el motivo de que nunca llegó y eso que pagué todavía para que llegara al día, y nunca llegó, yo vine y lo cancelé, pero no me han devuelto mi dinero, quiero mi dinero lo más pronto
  • Amazon does not know what “default” means

    The biggest problem with this app is that every time I send something to someone other than myself the address changes to that person’s address for subsequent orders. The idea of a “default” address is that without any selection the orders would automatically go to the “default” address. Amazon’s app doesn’t do this.

    My local delivery guy must be new because he is now ALWAYS delivering to my neighbors address. PAY ATTENTION!!! Amazon, I tried connecting to customer support through your pathetic website - I get connection errors. Calls don’t do anything because they don’t connect either. Your Sacramento drivers need far better training!!!
