    Tried to cancel my subscription for a month now. The page just loads & loads & loads. Does not allow you to cancel. I have tried on the app. On the TV, in iTunes, in App Store & on the computer. Same issue everytime. Was going to rejoin when more of my shows came out but forget that!!!!!! Will never go through this again!

    i paid for ad free, i got my 7 day trial with ads. immediately uninstalled and cancelled my plan. do yall not realize how easily accessible the content on amc+ is on the internet? it’s like their anti piracy team isn’t even trying

    I really like the movie and show selection. Especially for Shudder. However, the app is very finicky. I was traveling overseas recently and downloaded several movies for the flight but when I was on the plane the app wouldn’t open so I couldn’t watch my downloaded movies. The app continuously tried to open as the full app connected to internet. It wasn’t until I reached my destination and connected to WiFi that the app would open and could then access the movies I downloaded. Why bother downloading if I can’t even access them.

    It’s really a shame this is the only app to watch the walking dead spin offs on. Aside from the already reviewed bugs, their ads are awful. It’s constantly the same 5 ads over and over again. Even back to back same ads. Needs major overhaul.

    Every time I open the app and play a movie or show, the subtitles are automatically turned on and I have to turn them off. Every. Single. Time. Also, it would be nice if we could have multiple profiles. I like to watch my shows while the husband and kids are at work and school but they complain when they can’t find their spot where they left off because I watched ahead of them.

    I pay for the ad free version, yet I am forced to watch a 30 second ad before everything I watch. This is unacceptable.

    You make it so difficult to cancel subscription!!!!! There is no option to even cancel I’ll never get or use AMC again I have to block the transaction because they don’t give you an option to cancel 😠😡

    Plain and simple the app does have certain issues sometimes but the reviews here are way over blown. It’s perfectly fine 95% percent of the time. Could it use some updates and better user interface? Yes. Is it worth downloading? Yes.

  • Ads when you pay for no ads

    Waaaaay too many ads for a pay service. They also simply repeat the same ads over and over. Also, they make it ridiculously difficult to cancel your subscription. Streaming services should still care about their consumers’ quality of experience.
