    So I downloaded the game and it never loads passed the load screen. Instead it has me play not being able to see where anything is color wise. Please fix

    It would drastically improve the game overall if the added a way for leaders and officers to message members DIRECTLY, as a lot of players don’t use nor read the Alliance chat. It would promote a better outcome of Wars, and for the daily Dragons. But mostly for the wars…

  • You don’t have full access to the game

    One of the biggest problems I see with this game is that there’s no real use for the extra steel we accumulate. It just sits there with nothing to spend it on, which makes that resource feel pointless. Another issue is the alliance fights. If your alliance doesn’t have enough members at a certain level, you can’t even participate. That doesn’t feel fair and it discourages players who actually want to be involved. Features like these make it harder to stay motivated to keep playing or spend money in the game. It would be great if the developers considered adding ways to use excess resources like steel and creating more inclusive alliance events so everyone can participate.

    Really fun game, I found it after Stranger Things: Puzzle Tales shut down and it's got really similar mechanics and gameplay. (I also love game of thrones so that helps) I've played for about 6 months now and I'm really impressed that they're still coming out with new characters and are consistently updating the game. Suggestion: I wish the common-tier characters didn't take as much silver to level up as legendary.

    As it stands there is a bug where Aero Hota leadership on a team against a dragon raid kills the dragon IMMEDIATELY. It’s causing divisions in many alliances and it’s been going on over a week! I and many others are sick of it. You’re making millions off of this app. FIX IT!

  • Don’t waste your time

    Game was undoubtedly written by AI and doesn’t even try to hide it, most obvious cash grab that forces you to spend money after a week of playing if you want to do anything. Does have cool team building mechanics and interesting combat but is completely ruined by the fact YOU HAVE TO SPEND $100 to make them even close to useful.

  • Can’t even play first level

    So I started the game, got to where Tyrion talks to you and then it tells you to click summon, so I clicked it and it says I have 0 things to draw a summon? So confused. Tried starting the first level and can’t because I HAVE NO HEROES. Also can’t even reach support because guess why??? I have player ID!! So irritated I wanna play this so bad. Tried closing and reopening 7 times and also tried redownloading. So disappointed right now.

    The game is so not real. You can have a good team and you lose to a team that is not half as good as yours. Definitely a money grabber in the support. It doesn’t even help get through any of it or give you any good answers. I would give negative stars to this game because they are so pathetic.

  • Unethical Company Stay Away

    I had played this game for 16 months up until two days ago. I just walked away from 5 900k plus teams. Why? Zynga. They are hands down the most amoral company in the business. They are constantly moving the goalposts with zero communication or warning to the players, they scale back in game resources then offer them for sale in the store, and they lie and obfuscate the truth about why they do it. This company should be ashamed. It is nothing more than theft by deception and they are consumed by greed with no regard to their customers. Stay away from anything this company produces. Unless you are completely f2p and don’t so much as watch an add to give them revenue. I truly hope the government will step in and stop these companies from their despicable business practices.
