I use another app that has more foods and brands, with photos it’s more accurate. I have used this for 2 days wish I could get my money back. The other app has more and is free. BIG MISTAKE! Will stick with the other one. Carb Manager

Took picture of my lemon chicken dinner from restaurant & a list of meals was provided& I have to scroll thru list & pick one closest to your meal. I scrolled thru over 50& nothing came close. It’s supposed to automatically tell me how many calories with just pic, false advertising

This app literally helps me track everything I need to be successful. In the last year, I have lost a healthy 30 pounds with the help of all of the amazing features within this app! I’m continuing my account for years to come to help me maintain my new healthy weight!
  • Subscription offers what other apps offer for free

I have used other similar apps and it turns out they offer for free what this app offers with a subscription. This app doesn’t keep track of a single micronutrient or other basics like cholesterol for example. I am disappointed and would not renew my subscription.

App is decent for tracking some things but when you try to create a meal or add something that will not scan, the app doesn’t allow you to add items like sodium which is what I really need to track. All in all not a much better than the higher subscription apps so I guess you pay for what you got.
  • Scanner not too good

I like the app, but when trying to scan things, it’s a hit and miss mostly miss that would be the improvement I would suggest is a better scanner
  • It’s just ok

Doesn’t let you pull in recipes from the internet. When you manually creat recipes it doesn’t let you choose the serving sizes (ex. 6 servings). It’s ok if you eat a lot of pre packaged foods since you can scan the bar code. Doesn’t sink with Fitbit (uses the phone health app). I think there are free apps that have way more features.
  • Nice app but could use some improvement

I really liked the app at first, and I am going to continue to use it… But I think there could be some improvement. 1. There should be a way to click into an individual meal and view all of the nutrition facts for the meal as a whole (right now it only shows calories in that regard). Why track carbs, fat, and protein if you are not going to break it down and let people analyze it more than just by the day. I would like to see all the nutrition information broken down by individual meal as well. I am type one diabetic And it would be really nice to go into each of my meals and see how many carbs I ate rather than having to look at each ingredient and put it together that way. 2. For those days when you’re not using the app, there should be a filter to exclude those days from your average caloric intake. without that, all of the days where you have 0 cal inputted are going to skew your data and give you false results. There should also be an average carb, protein, and fat average daily intake. I’m kind of a nerd when it comes to numbers and these are all things that I would think A lot of people would find very useful and shouldn’t be too hard to implement considering all of the data is right there. those are my notes so far, would be great if somebody read this and implemented any of these changes. Again, I think the app is great, but just need some improvement.
