    The Uber linking is glitchy. The keyboard to input my info comes on and off. This happens before I can complete entering my info. Also when I tap the find my acct the space to enter my code or password glitches out. Second issue: the app does not read the trips sent inside the Lyft trip finder. It does not recognize trips listed inside the trip finder. These are the two issues I am facing, please help . Will update rating once solved.

    I think Mystro is the best app ever—it really does what it’s supposed to do and makes managing rides so much easier. There’s just one feature I’d love to see added: a total time and total distance filter. Right now, Mystro lets me filter by pick-up ETA (time/distance) and ride time/distance separately. The problem is that if I set my pick-up ETA to 5 minutes and ride time to 15 minutes, a ride with a 6-minute pick-up and 4-minute ride will get rejected—even though the total time is only 10 minutes. It would be amazing to have a total time filter so I could just set, for example, 20 minutes total, and Mystro would accept any ride under that, no matter how the time is split. The same goes for total distance—being able to set something like “20 miles total” (pick-up + ride distance combined) would make the filters perfect.

    I’ve used Mystro for a couple of years to coordinate rideshare driving for Lyft and Uber. I pay for the annual subscription. It used to work well—accept a ride on one platform and turn off requests on the other. Now it no longer works because the platforms don’t stay linked to Mystro. I’m paying for a service and still juggling separate apps.

    If you can't auto accept trip radar offers what's the point? Pretty sure exclusive rides have enough time for one to accept or decline. Trip radar is the only place where auto accept is really needed

  • Great when it’s not being broken by Lyft and Uber

    I’ve been using this app for about two months. The Uber portion of it never worked. Apparently Uber limited access to the API back in May. But Lyft did work until two days ago. And now it keeps automatically on linking from the app. It’s too much money to spend monthly when the functionality keeps breaking.

  • App works half the time

    When the app works, it works great. However, it keeps unpair my Lyft app. This is causing me to get penalized for not accepting rides or for not shutting off Lyft when I get an Uber ride. Tried contacting customer no service and that’s exactly what they were. I refuse to spend $18.99 a month for an app that does not work properly. Just wanted to let everyone be aware of this.
