    I am completely find with this app cause it do feel that sometimes we need limits on our screen time but clash Royale doesn’t even work for some apparent reason and I really mad about it so fix your app.

    App failed to execute user requests when connected certain VPN locations within the US. Does NOT alert the user to the VPN being the problem. Not security focused with respect to VPN users.

  • “Restricted times” needs more options

    Please add the ability to turn on or off certain apps during the restricted times. Currently it’s all or nothing, I would like the ability to allow some apps at all times. Aside from that, I think Qustodio does what I need it to do for the most part.

    It’s constantly telling me that my child is leaving home and returning, when I watch her sitting on the couch watching TV with her brother, and the radius is set as large as it goes. I keep getting emails that she’s going on “blocked” websites, but she’s still going on them. I have TikTok blocked and she spends hours on there. Annoying and expensive is all this app is.

    Online comparisons call this the best of the bunch. I haven’t tried others (I except Apple screen time, which CANNOT work with this) Household is Mac centric, although 14yo bought their own pc 3 months ago I have had issues with Qustodio not limiting discord on kids devices. I have raised the issues with their tech support numerous times. While they acknowledge there is a problem, There is no solution offered. This issue has remained unsolved for over 2 months. And note, the tech support offers a expedited access for premium subscribers. I am a premium. And yet replies take days in any case. Or months with no solution. If I had a better option I would switch in a heartbeat. But this is the least worse out there?

  • This App Broke My Phone Completely!!!!

    This app broke my phone! I was two months into using the premium version and it worked perfectly a month later my phone started acting up but I did not think much and so did my son’s . His WiFi was not working so we called Apple and they removed the profile, since this was a bestselling app I re - downloaded it because I thought Apple was wrong. For a week my son complained about his WiFi working that weekend when I opened this app I got a push notification from Apple saying Your iPhone has been hacked All your actions on the device are tracked by a hacker. Immediate action is required! Please I advise you to delete this app

    Used this app for less than a week and now when I open it I only get a white screen. I deleted and downloaded again and ran an update. Still nothing but a white screen. Disappointing.

    After using Google's family link app for years for my children, my wife and I'd finally had enough of the limitations from Google and the lack of personal help to fix minor bugs and issues with various features setting boundaries on chromebooks and other devices for our children. Qustodio caught my attention after reading some reviews from both children and parents and I tried it out and was more than a little surprised. It spans nearly every device and platform out there, and it is intuitive and simple. Not only that, but it has unlimited numbers of children you can supervise and unlimited devices, whereas family link is severely limited to small families and few devices. The only devices our children have that Qustodio can't supervise yet are apple watches and we sure hope they will add that to their large list available! We quickly discovered how limited our ability to set device boundaries were for our children's time and devices after using Qustodio... We have far more ability to set boundaries with this app than with family link. Qustodio is robust, simple, and straightforward. So far, no glitches and the customer service is fairly personal and quick as you have folks ready to assist you. We are more than happy to pay a yearly subscription fee for this excellent and life altering service (as protecting our children is a life altering service in our minds).

    I didn’t quite understand how these controls worked and ran out of time to understand them. Tracking isn’t accurate. Never alerts me when my kids get to a labeled destination. Text screening doesn’t work at all. Internet blocking doesn’t work well. My kids are easily finding ways around blocking of apps/webpages. I hate it. $100 is a lot though so I’m going to hope and pray that the software gets better during the year.
