    I’ve had this app and printer for many years. There was a limited number of icons and pictures and I hoped for more. Now suddenly, there’s a subscription service and they shove all the premium items to the top so it takes a long time to get to icons you want to use. Their ad when I purchased said no additional fees and now they are charging fees. I’m highly disappointed with my purchase now.

    Thankfully the app has significantly improved since I got it several months ago. The app used to freeze all the time and it would take several minutes just to edit and try to print a label. When you have 100+ labels to make, this can be very frustrating. I’m happy to say that the app is now very smooth, doesn’t lag at all and I can edit and print labels in just a few seconds! I love it now!!!

  • Can anyone actually get this app to work?

    I can’t even tell you how the printer works because the app won’t work the dancing mushroom just continues to bounce until I get an error message. I wanted to try the D30 because there are prettier labels in Amazon but it’s useless. I’ll stick with my NIIMBOT as I’ve had no problems with it. I can’t even get the help page to load!

    Suddenly started defaulting with other apps/programs. When I open a file in a different app it defaults to print master. Are you trying corrupt other files to steal information? How do we fix this problem.

    Just received our Bluetooth portable label maker from Amazon and downloaded the Print Master app. So far, the app is completely useless. Most sections are showing blank and when I click on something it tells me “request failed”. Won’t even let me register a profile. Not sure how you’re showing 5 stars.

    Used to love this, bought a second wider machine, bought the shipping label size, bought one for my adult daughter, told my mom and sisters, bought one for my child’s school, considered getting the 8.5x11 capable printer. All Phomemo brand. Obviously that’s a lot of rolls of labels. I got a new phone, so was forced to update the app. Now I’m considering switching brands entirely because this app has become so laggy. I’m not sure who would pay a subscription for their label maker because that’s ridiculous. You had one job, Phomemo… and you’re no longer doing it.
