    eufy life exported my weight to apple health. i like that care is a tab in here now, but it doesn’t seem to link up with apple health

    Preface this with, when the system works as intended… Video quality for price range is good to very good. The notifications and ability to include an image with notification is something that is standard at this stage of consumer grade expectations. Local storage is much more preferable to cloud based, giving the user the ability to decide when and to whom they want to share their data with. Would like to see WAY more reliability in their homebase and app. Would also like cameras to be able to write to the Homebase 3 without requiring use of the Homebase’s connection, if the devices are already on the same network…this limits the range of the cameras by a lot if they are not using the cameras’ own storage. At the moment of this review, most recent updates have made an entire ecosystem of cameras and Homebase 3 completely inaccessible…not good and sadly not the first time. Reviews seem to be downgraded by bad actors, based on the content I’ve read and what is deemed “most useful”. It would benefit the potential end user to sort reviews by most recent and read several. There are a lot of good reasons to choose this ecosystem, but with any massively broad range of products all targeting different audiences there will be plenty of opportunities for snafu.

    The last several months the app freezes on IOS Ipad and Iphone whenever you try to access the favorites or lights tabs. Used to be a useful feature but now it’s completely unusable. Apparently there are plans to fix but no date given.

    Doorbell doesn’t sync with the product you can scan the QR code or even enter the code. It doesn’t work.

  • Just gets worse and worse

    No response from developers after this faux merge of security and cleaning. Now, the app freezes each time you try to access it from any device, no matter if you uninstall and reinstall. Nobody has the amount of time needed to troubleshoot this garbage app, nor the connected devices that will simply stop working or ignore schedules, or not be available. Clean is better than security. With “security,” you get no notification of people at your door, but 80 notifications of a package left there, but if you have flies, bees, or wasps, rest assured you will get notified of every wing flap. It’s beyond frustrating to have gone all-in with these products when they neither work nor are supported.

  • I can’t sign in

    The app went from working okay to after I logged out not letting me sign back in. It will not send the verification code to text or email. It works on the website and my other eufy app. So now I’m locked out of my camera since I need access to the app to access the live stream on the site. The app is up to date and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times.

  • black screens, no events

    since the update, my cameras are all black screens, and events either don’t record or are unplayable. I hear the cameras ‘click’ on when they capture, and spotlight feature works, so it’s just the bad app. the only good thing is they hid all those ads, they’re still there but i don’t have to look at them. i wish the cameras worked, i have one for my sleepwalking for safety. i hope this is fixed soon. have been having issues with event capturing since last update but it just becomes worse and worse with each update. my $20 walmart cameras have been more reliable, app has been working 8+ years.

  • Recurrent logging problem.

    Happens to me all the time when I’m logged out and want to relog in. The app is asking for a code I am supposed to receive by text or email. Even after trying multiple times, I never receive anything and get locked out for days, until everything is sent randomly.

  • Annoying notifications

    They have got all these notifications that show up and have to be deleted one at a time with no easy way to clear them all. I've got hundreds and hundreds and I'm not gonna take the time so I'm just gonna have to completely turn off notifications
