    Worst application navigation I’ve ever used! Customer service was obviously “offshore” and they couldn’t communicate in English - awful service. So apparently Norton doesn’t want more revenue from adding my family.

    I’ve had Lifelock since 2019 it is prevented me from going into debt multiple times and given me the ability to catch fraud in my life. It has erased my name from the dark web and save my financial history well over 60 times, without Lifelock I would be paying off debts that were not mine Because my identity is constantly trying to be stolen, but I have not lost one single cent because of Lifelock, I owe LifeLock my credit future

    I like the fact that if you don’t have your credit report frozen, they will let you know if somebody applies a credit card in your name. The problem I’m having is that somebody has my name, Social Security number and birthdate and is applying for payday loans. So you can get an alert that somebody applied for a payday loan, but there’s absolutely nothing LifeLock security can do for you other than give you recommendations. I followed all of the recommendations. And I’m still getting payday loan notifications. Not sure what else I can do other than change my Social Security number. I’ve even went as far as to freeze my data on data X. I know when you do a payday loan they do what’s called a soft credit check. I just wish there was a way to block the soft credit check, but there is not.

    I constantly have to log into my account to initiate the VPN it constantly turns off why don’t it stay on when I turn it on my phone

    App stinks now. Takes 3 or more signin screens to signin. Took me 15 minutes to sign in to my account. iPad app now size of phone screen, small print hard to read and type on.
