I have so many problems w/ this doorbell it’s ridiculous. It randomly turns off motion detection and when trying to toggle it back on it says successful but immediately turns back off. This also erases your settings. This results in random days with no footage. Despite being in a good space with a great signal the camera may or may not work whenever I try opening the live feed in the app. The battery indicator randomly disappears so you have no clue where the battery life is even when checking in the battery management section of the app you only see a % sign. Also when someone presses the doorbell the app may or may not pick up the doorbell signal so I may miss someone if they don’t knock. I keep the app updated but it simply doesn’t work right. I have to reset it quite often as well. It’s super annoying!!!

I purchased my doorbell in 2019 from Amazon and I can’t find any updates or information. I sent a request about a year ago and have yet to receive a response back.

Easy to install and very effective for surveillance of front entrance even without the bell being rung.

My cameras all of the sudden won’t let me turn on motion detection. It’s a bug because sometimes it works and most times it doesn’t. No way to contact anyone

Sometimes it confuses me a little - I used to get phone updates when motion was detected, and one day that stopped. I also got an SD card, but aren’t sure if it works correctly. I think the app only saves videos in “history” for a couple of days, -then you can take screenshots or recordings and save them to the “album”? I just find this all a bit confusing, (been over notification settings and updates a bunch?!) and I’ve had that thing for years!

I have several cameras around our property that I was able to record as needed and save images or videos without any issues. However, with one of the latest updates the APP now requires “FULL ACCESS TO YOUR PHOTO ALBUM” in order to save anything or pay a monthly cloud service. Personally, allowing access to ALL your private photos is not a smart idea. I sadly will have to look into other options now. Please consider allowing video or images to be saved with “LIMITED ACCESS” not “FULL ACCESS.”

It’s a good app alerts you to movement but they need to let you be on your account on multiple devices
