The Actors Access App is the easiest way for Actors Access members to submit themselves and audition for Casting. An Actors Access Plus membership is required in order to submit to roles on this app. Actors Access App free features include: • View roles posted to Actors Access • Receive notifications for auditions and callbacks • Send Eco Cast self-tape auditions • Join an Eco Cast Live session • Download sides • Manage Role Match settings Payment Information: • Monthly subscriptions purchased via the app will be charged to your credit card through your Apple account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscriptions through the Subscriptions page in Settings.   • No Cmail Notifications

    I got this app so I can receive notifications for when I get an audition but for some reason I am never notified. I get notifications for “new roles” but not for auditions. What’s the point? Please fix.

    I checked it out and wanted to try it out for a month and did not say my card, but for some reason, my car was still on file where I do not know where it was. It was where the it saved it without my permission and then charged it furthermore, with without my permission,
  • Buggy and App is useless on phone even after update

    I’ve suddenly had issue uploading my callbacks and now everything fails and I can no longer zoom in on sides sent by casting. This needs addressed, it wasn’t buggy before but now it’s been a bit of a hot mess.
  • No announcements

    Scheduled maintenance should be announced on the app as well. I had an audition due during maintenance, had you said what was happening on the app I could have scheduled accordingly. Please do better, as people depend on this service.

    The app doesn’t open my profile. It alerts me that I have notifications but doesn’t recognize me as a user. So, ummm, how are there notifications? I’ve removed it and reinstalled with no luck.
  • Needs work

    The app needs one major update- the ability to send notifications when you have an audition or direct message sent to you. It’s not important to get notifications for when there is a new opportunity available on the if in a high volume city like nyc or la. Email is fine for that. What’s really needed is direct notifications of messages incoming
  • Upload Issue

    App works in terms of finding and submitting for roles. When it comes to submitting for auditions, it’s very disappointing. Have had on many occasions where audio issues occur because recording on IPhone with the ringer silent can affect uploading on a computer. The most frustrating of all is when uploading self tapes through the phone, video will be at full bar percentage and then suddenly just disappear. Have missed out on many auditions because of this and have had to decline and explain that the app is not working. Really hope this gets solved. Update: changed from two stars to one star as the problem has persisted ,leading to continuous missed audition opportunities and only being able to decline and leave an email in hopes for a response back. Completely unacceptable for having the yearly subscription.

    The Actors Access app is only ok but limited. It's annoying you can only view two locations, unlike the website where you can view all over the US + Canada. For some reason when I upload my auditions and check back to make sure it uploaded correctly the audio never works. So I have to go to the website or my computer to make sure it uploaded with audio. I also have a suggestion for Actors Access as a whole. When CDs reach out to actors many times they'll say "if you have any questions, please reach out" but more often than not they won't leave an email, probably assuming we can simply reach out through cMail. Could there be a way to be able to reach out through cMail to the CDs if we have any questions? This happens ALL THE TIME and would be very helpful on the actor's side!

    NonPaying, NonUnion, and Reality keep resetting to on, even when you shut them off. Region will not update/change (after changing locations) when looking for postings. It remains the same. Even if you pull down to refresh. If you're on let's say, Southeast, and then you change to let's say, Hawaii, it will still show Southeast. SOMETIMES if try another location, it will go to Hawaii. Not even sure how this could possibly be coded??
