    Great app esp when putting my newborn to sleep. All I have to do is grab my phone dim the light and out of her fav classical Jazz! Total life saver .. not sure how or why anyone would give this app bad reviews but to each his own

  • Truly terrible necessity for a great clock

    The Hatch app is so slow, I’ve used it for months now and it’s just….so….slow, 2+ mins just to load the app. Not related to my WiFi as other apps load perfectly fine. Additionally, the library isn’t organized well at all, for example something may be “featured” but there’s no other place to find it. You can’t save or bookmark your favorite sounds/stories/etc. The app can often be unresponsive. There is a significant delay when you hit “preview on restore” to when the preview begins. The list goes on. Such a shame because the hatch cloak itself is an amazing product.

    Light is stuck at high brightness. No way to adjust bc app won’t load for either me nor my husband. Deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Even when this app does work , it takes forever to get past the loading screen. Not great when you’re trying to get to a crying baby. This light should really come with a manual buttons, especially when the app doesn’t work half the time.

  • Schedule Changes NEVER Work

    Changing any schedule mid cycle never works. If my child is sleeping in after a long night/travel day the Hatch ALWAYS shuts off at the original time and wakes up my child.

  • volume change reverts

    i’ve tried to change the volume on my kids hatch for 3 days in a row. i’ve changed the routine and not the live one. every day it’s back to th same volume. very frustrating!! the second routine also has lights on when it’s supposed to be dark. lights only go off if i make a change in the app while in that mode. makes it unusable for babysitters.

    The old hatch schedule was so much easier to use!!!! I almost threw my phone trying to set up a time to wake program on whatever recent hatch program I have. These are privileged problems but I wanted to give some honest feedback because why would you ruin the design of the old program

  • App troubles

    I love the hatch itself, but the app never works for me. Sometimes I sit in bed for 10 minutes trying over and over to turn on my alarms for the next morning. It’s always loading for a while, and then says sorry it can’t set my alarm. This happens every single night and I don’t know if it’s the app or the hatch itself but I would like it fixed.

    The ap becomes worthless if you don’t pay a membership. Literally changing the color or anything like that becomes impossible. So my clock is now pretty worthless unless I want a paid membership.

  • App functionality

    I love my hatch so much but this app is so annoying to use. No matter what I do there’s always a problem either saving a new alarm or it interferes with another alarm that says it’s scheduled for the same time when ITS NOT. I literally can’t set an alarm without the app glitching out and not working which is just insane considering what I paid for the alarm and the subscription.
