  • This App Will Save You Big $$$$

This app showed me how much interest I paid in a credit card in which I canceled w/ JPMorgan Chase. The balance that wouldn’t go down after 3 yrs was due to a hidden fee of a balance transfer upon their regular interest rate on the card. That balance was $6000 some odd dollars, but I paid then $21k in interest charges! Absolutely ridiculous. I am now looking for a better bank which makes me sad b/c I was with them since age 16, worked for them during the 2008 Financial Crisis, and Rocket Money showed me just how much they were fleecing from my accounts on a completely limited income.

I am a CPA and have always preferred using my own spreadsheets for personal budgeting. I started using Mint and was pleasantly surprised by how far the technology has come. When Mint was bought out by Karma and no longer an option I started researching other budgeting apps and decided to try Rocket. It is way better than Mint and worth the small fee as it saves me hours on categorization and manual input each month.
  • Thanks for helping me stick to a budget!

My kids started using Rocket Money before I did, but I’m glad I signed up, too! The app is easy to figure out and easy to use. I’ve had an easier time managing finances and making payments on time because what needs to be paid and what goes out is laid out in a way I can process and understand.

I don’t have to go to separate sights to check on where our money is. Obviously useful. It is a little unnerving that information is in one place though.

This is going to be just what I need! I have so many subscriptions I’m not unaware of and this helps me know what subscriptions I have out there so I can cancel the ones I don’t use!

They want to “help” you cancel subscriptions that you probably want to cancel because you’re having money issues because this economy is garbage under Biden but you literally have to subscribe to them to do it ? You already make money from advertisers lol. Imagine canceling one $12 monthly subscription this app reminds you about but then paying them $10 a month afterwards.. Selfish. Also it won’t even connect to Chase.
