    Back in June, I purchased a bundle of items from their webstore. I never received the items. I contacted in-app support, who confirmed this, told me they had no way of providing me with these items, and referred me to Xsolla. I contacted Xsolla, who told me they had no way of providing me with these items or refunding my money, and they contacted Venmo. Venmo confirmed that I never received these items with Xsolla and Niantic and provided me with my money back earlier this month. Niantic then took a bunch of previously purchased items and rewards from my account following the refund. Basically, they took my cash and never provided the purchased items, and when they gave my money back two months later, they took away a bunch of previously obtained items as punishment. Unacceptable customer service and an indictment of their product.

    This is at least the 10th time I’ve submitted this review, but they keep magically disappearing, almost like someone hired an SEO firm. You can’t win in this game. It is rigged against you and if you are able to start winning, you’ll get cheaters who come at you with teams that get unlimited charged attacks and don’t even have to charge said charged attacks. And extra shields. It’s a vile, evil game that works like a casino, only a casino where you never win. So more of a shakedown. And when I tell you Niantic doesn’t care about the cheating, I mean they really don’t care. You’d think they were rooting for the cheaters. Just skip the game and bankrupt this company.

    I put in my password 10 times for each time it said it worked then said login to a different account when I went to the other login they all said the same thing but at the end didn’t say login to a different account they all just didn’t let me join fix your login settings this made me lose 25 minutes of my life that I can never get back

    This game could be SOOOO MUCH better than it is.. and with the microtransactions it could litterally be the most popular mobile game ever but you can tell they save the good stuff for the real video games..
