Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I have used YouTube workouts and other free apps, but the way SWEAT is formatted makes working out SO much easier. I’m a busy mom of two and this has worked so wonderfully. I find I’m even interested in doing a second work out later in the day after I’ve already done my early morning work out.

    I had a personal trainer for the last year but she moved away last month. I was very anxious about where to turn since I would be own. Luckily I saw a gym patron using the Sweat app, she told me all about it and now I can continue my fitness journey. I like the programs and the options to substitute an exercise due to any reason, usually lack of equipment. Also it’s way cheaper than my trainer was so I’m saving money too!

    Firstly, I LOVE(d) this app. It has single handedly taught me to love strength training and show up consistently. However, more and more often when I open the app to workout I get a loading screen and then the app crashes. Over and over, so I cannot access the workout plan that day. Heartbreaking and frustrating.

    I gave 3 thousand excuses not to train not to work on my health, but this app made it sooooo easy for me to always know what I have to do and love the fact that if I travel and my gym change it adapts with me. Best subscription ever!!
