  • The useful stuff is behind the monthly subscription

The most useful features are, unfortunately, behind a pricey monthly sub. We all already overpay for monthly internet from our local scammer ISPs so why would we want to add a needless sub to access what should be provided to us for the purchase price of the Eero system itself. Ridiculous.

Just have a frigging website config interface where we do it without having to hand over our email and phone number. Terrible.
  • Needs support for 5Ghz

As the title says , needs dedicated server specifically for 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz . In the settings you can turn off 5Ghz to connect 2.4Ghz devices, but you can’t turn off 2.4Ghz to connect 5Ghz devices . My smart TV is in the other room (about 10 ft away) from the router but Everytime i turn on my TV it automatically connects to 2.4Ghz , and on the app there is no way to change that, neither on the TV. So ultimately I have to forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect to watch movies in 4K so they don’t lag. It’s annoying every time to type in my long password and we’ve been asking FOR YEARS for support . PLEASE update soon and I will update my review to 5 stars it’s inconvenient
  • Please add support for IFTTT and/or logging device connectivity‼️‼️

There’s no way to track devices when they entered and exited the network (eg kids). Or, please add support for IFTTT. Expands the functionality of Eero so much. Desperately needed!!

I just saw supposedly the app has device coverage scan to adjust possible placement changes to help signal strength. Where would I find this. The app looks the same to me.
